We are incredibly proud to announce that Mary Strauss, music teacher at Hoover Elementary School, has been awarded the First Year Teacher Grant from the Texas Cultural Trust.

This prestigious grant recognizes highly qualified arts teachers and their commitment to providing quality arts education. The $1,500 grant will help Mrs. Strauss with resources to enrich her classroom and enhance the quality of music education for our students.
