On Monday, August 24, Azle ISD hosted our annual Meet the Hornets event at Azle High School, bringing Hornet Nation together to kick off the fall semester. The community-wide pep rally recognized varsity athletic teams, spirit organizations, and fine arts groups that bring the Friday Night Lights magic to life!
This year’s event also featured a special ring ceremony honoring the National Champion Azle High School JV Cheer team and the State Champion Girls’ Wrestling team for their outstanding accomplishments during the 2025–26 school year.
