Azle High School auto tech students participated in the District SkillsUSA Competition on February 15, 2025. The AHS team came home with several medals and multiple students advanced to compete at the State level.
Opening & Closing Ceremonies team won Gold and advanced to State (Adrian Vega, Hunter Davison, Isabell Evans, Emiliano Lopez, Matthew McClendon, Jacob McBrayer, Adyn Crooks)
Adrian Vega won Gold in Action Skills and advanced to State
Hunter Davison won Silver in Action Skills and advanced to State
Kayden Simmons won Gold in Automotive Maintenance & Light Repair and Job Skill Demonstration Open and advanced to State in both competitions
Emiliano Lopez took Bronze in Power Equipment Technology
