Liberty Families,

We are currently processing registrations for returning students. Only registrations with acceptable and current proof of residence documents will be approved. Once we have approved your student to return, the registration form will no longer be present in your Skyward Family Access (the tile will disappear). If denied, the form indicated will read “denied”. This means that corrections are needed in order to approve registration.

Denials in most cases are due to the following reasons—
1. Proof of residency document is not an accepted form.
2. Proof of residency document is not current (within 60 days).
3. Address in Skyward & address on Proof of Residency document do not match.
4. Guardian’s name does not match the name on the Proof of Residency document.

What does each “status” mean in Skyward: (See photos)
‘Available’ (green), registration has not been submitted. Registration forms need to be completed if your child is returning.

‘Pending Approval’ (blue), you have completed the forms for registration, but it has not been processed (approved or denied) yet by the campus.

‘Denied’ (red), corrections are needed. Your student will not be placed in a class until the appropriate documents are uploaded & approved.

If the form indicated is ABSENT from your Skyward (it disappear, no longer showing), your child has been approved to return for the 25-26 school year & will be placed in a class!

If your child is not returning to Liberty for the 25-26 school year, and you are receiving this email, please send an email to Brittni.davis@azleisd.net or crystal.tunnell@azleisd.net & let us know so we can withdraw your student. Please specify the district/campus your child will be enrolled in for the 25-26 school year.

Thank you!
