AJH 2025-26 SCHEDULE PICK UP NIGHT - AUG. 7 FROM 4-7 P.M.

We are excited to welcome you and your student(s) to our Schedule Pick-Up Night on Thursday, August 7, 2025! Please see the important information below to help you prepare for the evening. We’ve structured the night to ensure a smooth and efficient process for everyone.

Schedule
To help with traffic flow and serve families more efficiently, we ask that you attend during your assigned time based on your student’s last name:

  • 4:00–5:30 PM: Last Names A–L

  • 5:30–7:00 PM: Last Names M–Z

Parking & Entry
Please park in the lot behind the school near the football field (parent pick-up area). This area is currently under construction but will be completed prior to schedule pick-up. You will enter through the Science Hall doors, closest to that parking lot. The first stop will be the Nurse’s Station.

Agenda & Required Stations
You and your student will rotate through the following stations to be fully prepared for the school year. Each station will require a staff signature/stamp before moving to the next:

  1. Nurse's Station - Immunization Records Check

  2. Registrar's Station - Registration Confirmation

  3. Technology Station - Students must bring their assigned Chromebook with them

  4. Schedule Station - Schedule Pick-Up

After completing the stations, students are welcome to walk their schedule.

Band Students
From Mr. Chapman: Students who play a school-owned instrument may bring it to schedule pick-up to check it in at the band hall and receive their assigned instrument for the school year.

Athletes
From our Coaches: Athletes will be able to report to the Main Gym at any time between 4:00-7:00 pm. Athletes will be issued lockers, practice clothing, and equipment. Reminder: All athletes must have a current physical completed by a physician. The tentative deadline is August 1, 2025. Physicals must be submitted prior to participating in workouts/practices, etc.

Reminders

  • Please ensure your child’s immunization records are current.

  • Bring your child’s school-issued Chromebook and charger for the technology station.

  • Central Registration for all new students will take place prior to this evening (schedule pickup) on July 24, 2025, from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. at Azle High School!

  • Incoming 7th graders and transfer students: Please bring an updated immunization record with you.
