8 Azle High School students standing on gym floor, holding "High Five" signs

At the first pep rally of the school year, Azle High School recognized students who earned the highest possible score of 5 on Advanced Placement (AP) exams during the 2025-2026 school year.

Azle High School students earned 44 perfect 5 scores on AP exams and 313 scores of 3 or better. AP exams were taken in May, and results were released by College Board in July.

Advanced Placement courses allow students to take college-level coursework while still in high school. Achieving a qualifying score of 3, 4, or 5 allows students to earn college credit, save on future tuition, and skip introductory college courses. These achievements highlight the determination of our students, the expertise of our teachers, and Azle ISD’s ongoing mission to provide rigorous academic opportunities that prepare students for success after graduation.

Congratulations to all of these hard-working Hornets!
