From handling day-to-day operations to supporting students, staff, and families, their leadership, dedication, and heart make a difference every single day. Thank you to all of our hard-working APs! πβ¨ #WeAreAzle #AssistantPrincipalWeek #APWeek2025

π April is the Month of the Military Child, a time to recognize and celebrate the strength, resilience, and sacrifices of our military-connected students. These incredible children navigate unique challenges, from frequent moves to long deployments, all while showing courage and adaptability.
Thank you to all our military children for the strength and spirit you bring to our schools! ποΈπ #MonthOfTheMilitaryChild #PurpleUp #WeAreAzle

AEβs fantastic teacher, Taylor Walker Williams, recently received the Azle ISD Special Services Toot Your Horn award! She is amazing and absolutely deserves this recognition!! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to AE students!!!

Students successfully completed their first week of STAAR bootcamp. To celebrate, they participated in educational board games, with the winners advancing to a thrilling round of Battle of Jenga. Additionally, students showcased their understanding by creating posters that represented the central idea of a book, which they then presented to the opposing group.

Our GT students recently had an awesome hands-on science lesson where they got to dissect dogfish sharks! It was a great chance for them to take a closer look at how these creatures are built and learn more about their anatomy. The students worked together, carefully exploring the ins and outs of the sharkβs body, and got some cool insights into how sharks are adapted to their underwater world. It was a fun and engaging way to learn!

π We celebrate advanced academics in public schools! π
πStudents are prepared for college and can place out of college credits through AP courses and testing.
βοΈ Courses are designed to provide students with more rigorous, in-depth, and accelerated learning experiences, often tailored for high-achieving or gifted students.
πThe goal is to challenge students academically, encourage critical thinking, and prepare them for college and career success.
ππΌ With dual credit courses, students can dive into college-level coursework early. They gain college credit hours, giving them a head start on college life.
ππ That's a lot to celebrate! #CelebrateTexasPublicSchools
