Students successfully completed their first week of STAAR bootcamp. To celebrate, they participated in educational board games, with the winners advancing to a thrilling round of Battle of Jenga. Additionally, students showcased their understanding by creating posters that represented the central idea of a book, which they then presented to the opposing group.

Our GT students recently had an awesome hands-on science lesson where they got to dissect dogfish sharks! It was a great chance for them to take a closer look at how these creatures are built and learn more about their anatomy. The students worked together, carefully exploring the ins and outs of the shark’s body, and got some cool insights into how sharks are adapted to their underwater world. It was a fun and engaging way to learn!
