“Renee is an amazing person who is always willing to lend a helping hand,” said Superintendent Todd Smith. “She was one of the first people that I met when I came to Azle as a new teacher in 1994, and it has been a privilege to work closely with her over the last several months. Renee exemplifies the true meaning of the ‘Heart of Azle’, and her experience, knowledge, and passion for Azle ISD will be missed,” Smith said.
