Prestigious moment for students of Azle's Culinary Arts Program
Chef Lornezo Polegri (from Orvieto TR, Italy) and two sous chefs visited Azle High School, one of the 3 high schools that is on his tour. He and his assistants were in Chef Koons class doing pasta demonstrations.
It was such an honor to have Chef Lorenzo Polegri come and present his accredited programs through, "Zeppelin Cooking School and Restaurant." It was a pleasure to the students to have the Chefs come produce fresh pasta and dessert creations.
