Chromebook Pick-Up & iPad Return for 7-9 Graders
The Azle ISD technology department will be collecting iPads and issuing Chromebooks to all 7th, 8th, and 9th-grade students for the 2020-2021 school year.
In addition, if your elementary child was issued an iPad at the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, we will be collecting those as well.
Both collecting of iPads and issuing of Chromebooks will happen at the new Walnut Creek Elementary, located at 500 Stribling Dr. Azle, TX 76020.
If you are picking up a Chromebook, please park in one of the parking lots that are circled in black on the map below and come to the side of the building that is marked with the yellow arrow.
If you are turning in an iPad, please pull to the right and come around the drive to the front of the building. Please maintain social distancing during your visit.
We are asking:
*2020-2021 Elementary Students that were issued an iPad to return it on July 14, 15, or 16 from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
*2020-2021 7th graders to come on July 14 from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
*2020-2021 8th graders to come on July 15 from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
*2020-2021 9th graders to come on July 16 from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM

If the iPad you are turning in is broken or lost, we will be assessing damage or lost fees during this time. If the school-issued device that you are returning is damaged or missing, please bring the damage fee of $50.00. Cash and checks are accepted.
If you are unable to come on the day you are assigned or have students in multiple grades, please come on the day which is most convenient for you.

If you have been exposed or have been around someone that is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, we can do the exchange at another time.
