Schoolcafé is our online payment system, parents and guardians can make payments directly to student accounts. Cash and checks are accepted at all Azle ISD schools. Notifications are sent to parents and guardians of students that have a negative balance. Parents and guardians are responsible for all student balances. Parents and guardians must complete a free and reduced meal application yearly. There is a 30 day grace period that carries over the 18-19 free and reduced eligibility. The last day of the grace period is October 2, 2019; all students roll over to paid status if no new application has been submitted.
No snack purchases allowed for students with a negative balance.
