I graduated from East Central University in Ada Oklahoma with a Bachelor's in Education. In case you didn't know, that is Sooner Country! I have one daughter named Kirbea. She is 20 years old and works as a CNA at Eagle Heights Elementary. I am a Licensed Academic Language Therapist as well as a licensed dyslexia therapist. I have taught for 34 years and reading holds a special place in my heart. I am currently teaching Dyslexia classes incorporating the Take Flight Curriculum. This is a comprehensive Reading Intervention program for Dyslexic children offered by Scottish Rite Hospital. During my 34 years in education, I have taught Kindergarten, First grade, Elementary P.E., and Dyslexia classes for first through fourth grades.
