Ms Addleman

Welcome! After two full careers as an Executive Administrator and a Child Care Director, I returned to school where I graduated from Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA) with my bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, concentrating in Education, Behavior Science, and Religion. Previously, I was a paraprofessional for four years in the ACES program within the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD before coming to Azle ISD to start my teaching career.

I have two daughters. My oldest is married, studying to become a teacher/coach and living in Louisiana where her husband is stationed. My youngest just graduated and working as a phlebotomist while studying to become an EMT, and eventually a flight paramedic/search and rescue technician.

I enjoy reading and just discovered a love for hiking. I also have a passion for Viking and Anglo-Saxon & Norman history. I am a member of a Viking reenactment educational group and enjoy participating in living history events. I love languages - I can converse in ASL, am relearning German and currently learning Icelandic. I love to travel, both in the US and internationally. I just recently spent two weeks in Iceland for my birthday! I cannot wait to go back!

I am excited for my first year of teaching in Crossroads at Azle High School! Go Hornets!
