B.S. Natural Resource Management Concentration Wildlife Biology

Mrs. Stephanie Sweeden

I was born in McKinney, TX, and raised in Frisco, TX where I spent the majority of my life. After graduating high school, I went to school at Texas Tech University in Lubbock. I was there until I received my Bachelors of Science in Natural Resource Management with a concentration in Wildlife Biology. I did some field work with Texas Parks and Wildlife for some course credit and also did undergraduate research with a professor on disease ecology. I am a newlywed; I married my husband, Mason, who is currently at the Pharmacy Medical School at UNT Fort Worth. We have a handsome 14-year-old orange tabby cat (who is very spoiled), and a beautiful one-year-old Golden Retriever (who is also very spoiled). I am also a new mom to a beautiful boy, Nico, who is the absolute light of my life. I teach Anatomy and Physiology as well as Medical Microbiology, and I’m in charge of the lab credit for the Dual Credit Anatomy & Physiology course.
