Frequently Asked Questions Regarding DAEP
DAEP is located at 483 Sandy Beach. Enter the drive across from Hoover Elementary and proceed to the far end of the lot.
The following must be completed before your student can start at DAEP:
Intake meetings are on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting promptly at 8:30 am.
Please note that intake meetings can last 45 minutes or longer.
The student and a parent or legal guardian must attend the intake meeting.
DAEP school hours are from 8:20 am to 3:50 pm for ALL students.
Students may not be dropped off before 8:00 am and all students must be off campus by 4:00 pm.
The only supplies that students attending DAEP need are their district issued IPad (5 - 6) or Chromebook (7 - 12) and their chargers.
IPads and Chromebooks will remain at DAEP for the duration of your students assignment.
All work is assigned by the home campus teachers. Work is delivered through the Canvas LMS or emailed to DAEP.
Home campus teachers are responsible for grading all work.
All questions regarding work or grades should be directed to your students home campus teachers.
