Welcome to Azle Elementary Language Arts and Reading. Your child will be exposed to a variety of topics this year as we explore the wonderful world of reading. I sincerely believe that reading is the foundation for an enriching education.

Accelerated Reader AR- Students will be required to read books to reach their point goal each six weeks.The library is open from 7:30-7:55 each morning. Please arrange for your child to arrive at that time if they are in need of a book outside our normal visitation times. We go as a class every other week.

If your child loses his/her English page, please go here and print an additional copy. Print only the pages you need.

Spelling Tests are on Mondays. Students should study at home. Tests are computer generated and will be taken in the Computer Lab or on individual iPads.
