Parent Pick Up for 2015-2016
The parent pick-up procedures for the 2015-2016 will remain the same as last year. Last year's procedure proved to be a safe and efficient solution and we anticipate the same result for this school year.
Please keep in mind that the first couple of weeks of school we are all getting reaquainted with the system and wait time may be longer than expected until we get back into the groove. We ask that you be patient and respectful while we work out the kinks.
The procedure is as follows:
A 12 car "loading zone" will pull in and stop. All cars in the "loading zone" will be loaded and will leave ONLY when directed by the staff member standing at the front of the loading zone.
As always, you MUST have a car tag provided by the school or you will be asked to park and go into the office to get one for the safety of our students.
Thank you for your cooperation!
Parents are always welcome in our school. Visiting parents must stop by the main office upon their arrival to sign in and pick up a vistor's pass. Please place the pass on shirt or jacket where visible as indicated in the above photo. If the parent is not currently in the system, they must present a valid state issued drivers license or ID. When on campus visitors are expected to dress, speak and behave in a manner that is not offensive or distracting. Please sign out with the office when ready to leave the campus.
