Azle ISD will be using RSCCC txGradebook and txAttendance for the 2012-13 school year.  This product is used by the majority of Texas school districts, and will provide an online parental access to grades and attendance through txConnect.

Parents, please include the words "Parent of (student name)" in the subject line of your email to teachers and/or school administrators.  Due to the complexities of filtering software, legitimate messages are sometimes blocked.  Adding this information to the subject line will allow us to identify your requests.  Thank you.

If you are not successful in reaching your child's teachers using the above, please re-send the message to the AHS webmaster, using the Contact Webmaster link on the left-side navigation pane. Your message will be forwarded to the teacher(s) indicated. 

Classroom teachers are not able to discuss parent/student concerns during class time on the telephone. Our telephone system automatically routes callers to voicemail so that you can leave a message for the teacher. If you do leave a message, please include a number where you can be reached and a time when you will be available. Most teachers will try to return your call during conference periods, or after school. However, they will return your call as soon as possible.

If at all possible, please communicate with your child's teachers via email. You can send a message to the teacher's email address by clicking on the AHS Directory navigation tab on our home page, then clicking on the letter for the teacher's last name.
